Proffesor Peter Mwita is a full professor in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics and has specialized as a Senior Research fellow in Statistics. He currently holds the position of a Deputy Vice Chancellor In-Charge of Research Innovation and Linkages in Machakos University. He is also a practicing Research Fellow and Postgraduate supervisor of statistics and related applications. Further on, he is a Students academic advisor, curriculum developer and is involved in initiating and conducting fundable research projects and any other duties assigned by the university.
